社区卫生服务机构引进及稳定全科医生的现状分析 被引量:28

摘要 目的解决社区卫生服务机构引进及稳定全科医生的难题。方法采用问卷调查与深入访谈相结合的形式对广州市某医科院校全科医学专业2006、2007级本科生,广州市越秀区某四家三甲医院临床专业本科实习生和12家社区卫生服务中心的负责人及全科医生进行调查,运用描述性分析、Kruskal-Wallis检验及Logistic回归分析等统计学方法。结果社区全科医生待遇偏低,人力结构不合理,在岗培训流于形式、师资来源单一,社会认可程度低是导致社区卫生服务机构引进及稳定全科医生困难的主要因素。结论完善激励机制,提高社区全科医生待遇;调整人力资源结构;提高社区全科医生培训实效性,严格执行社区全科医生准入制度;加大宣传力度,强化媒体正面宣传;发展中医,选拔中医人才补充全科医生队伍。 Objective To explore the solutions to the difficulty of introducing and stabilizing general practitioners (GPs) in community health service organizations.Methods The questionnaire survey and depth interviews were in combination used among undergraduates of grades 2006 and 2007 majoring in general practice in a medical college of Guangzhou,interns majoring in clinical medicine form four three A-graded hospitals and medical staff from 12 community health service centers in Guangzhou.The collected data were analyzed by description analysis,Kruskal-Wallis Test and Logistic regression analysis.Results The GPs were underpaid;human resource structure was unbalanced,GPs' on-the-job training became a mere formality,the source of teachers was simple,and the level of social acceptance was lower,which was the main cause of difficulty in introducing and stabilizing GPs in community health service organizations.Conclusion The solutions should be to perfect the incentive mechanism and raise the benefits of GPs;adjust the human resource structure;improve the efficacy of GPs training and standardize the admittance system of the GPs in community health service organizations;enhance the positive publicity;and develop the traditional Chinese medicine and recruit more GPs of it.
