摘要
在气力输送压损基本理论和等温流动压损理论式的基础上,分别推导出两个可进行数值计算的新压损计算公式,如已知输送物料特性和输送管系主要参数,便可用图表选定输送工况的双相流固气速度比,获得近似的管系压力损失计算值。
Two new formulas for computation of pressure loss are derived on the basis of the theory of pressure loss during pneumatic transportation as well as isothermal flow. If the properties of the material to be handled are known and the parameters of the system are given, the solids/air velocity ratio of a dual-state flow can be estimated with the help of a nomogram and the loss ot pressure in the system can be calculated with reasonable accuracy.
