摘要
为有效开发大牛地气田低孔隙度特低渗透率储层,在下二叠统下石盒子组盒1段储层段试点推行欠平衡钻水平井技术。在DP14井井段(2865.20~4147.03m)实施欠平衡钻水平井,水平段总进尺为1281.83m,其中氮气进尺为33.97m,氮气泡沫进尺为1247.88m,创造了目前国内氮气泡沫欠平衡钻水平井水平段进尺最长的纪录。在控速钻进的情况下,水平段平均机械钻速为5.79m/h,是该地区常规钻水平井平均机械钻速的2倍以上;共使用6只钻头,其中一只钻头纯钻时间为67.5h,进尺455.36m,创造了大牛地气田水平井215.9mm井眼中最大单只钻头进尺的纪录。DP14井裸眼完井后在油压为7.1MPa时,产气量为1.07×104m3/d,首次在盒1段储层实现了自然建立产能。DP14井欠平衡钻水平井的成功实施,加快了盒1段储层的开发进程,并为试点工程的后续实施积累了经验。
In order to effectively develop the low porosity and extremely low permeability reservoirs at the Daniudi gas field, underbalanced horizontal drilling has been tried at the He-1 Formation. The test drilling was first performed from 2865.20 to 4147.03 m at the well DP-14, the horizontal interval totaled at 1281.83 m, of which nitrogen drilling is 33.97 m and nitrogen foam drilling 1247.88 m. This set up a new record of the longest nitrogen foam underbalanced horizontal drilling in China. The average penetration rate along the horizontal interval was 5.79 m/h, over twice more than that of conventional horizontal drilling in that area. There are six bits in total being used, the net drilling time of one such bit is 67.5 hours, with 455.36 m being drilled, making the record of the longest drilling footage by a single bit in 215.99 mm horizontal holes at the Daniudi gas field. After openhole completion, the tubing pressure at the well DP-14 was 7.1 MPa, and naturally built gas production was achieved at the He-1 Formation with a gas rate of 1.07×104m3/d. The success of underbalanced horizontal drilling at the well DP-14 has quickened the development process of the payzone He-1 and will provide experiences for subsequent operations in this field.
