摘要
通过相关系数的计算与显著性检验,结合病毒蛋白浓度的大小,同时进行电镜观察,证实了由鸭胚增殖的EDS病毒采用60%饱和度的硫酸铵或10%聚乙二醇(MW6000)沉淀法初提后,再经SephadexG-200层析法提纯的效果优于DEAE52纤维素色谱法。
Effects of purifying EDSV by 60% (NH 4) 2SO 4 or 10% PEG(MW6000) and then running Sephadex G-200 are better than DEAE 52 's.The results are confirmed by means of coefficient of correlation and t test,in combine with viral total protein concentration and microscopic observation.
