长期胰岛素治疗对2型糖尿病患者体重及炎症因子水平的影响 被引量:9

The effect of long-time insulin treatment on body weight and inflammatory factors in type 2 diabetic patients

摘要 目的研究长期胰岛素治疗(疗程≥1年)对T2DM患者体重及炎症因子C-RP、TNF-α水平的影响。方法胰岛索治疗疗程≥1年的T2DM患者60例,分析胰岛素治疗后的体重变化及其与C-RP、TNF-α、BMI、WHR的关系。结果与体重无增加组相比,体重增加≥5kg组C-RP、TNF-α水平显著升高(P%0.01),BMI、WHR显著增加(P<0.05);体重增加<5kg组C-RP、TNF-α、BMI水平无明显升高,WHR显著增加(P%0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者长期胰岛素治疗(疗程≥1年)所致的体重增加可能导致其C-RP、TNF-α水平及WHR明显升高。 Objective To observe the effect of long-time insulin treatment on body weight and inflammatory factors of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 60 patients with insulin therapy for 1 year and over had negative anti-GAD,and the background information of HbA1 c, plasma glucose and insulin,lipid profile and blood pressure was showed. The association of the change of body weight with C-RP,TNF-a, BMI,WHR and HOMA-IR was analyzed. Results Compared with no weight change group, (1)C-RP, TNF-a, BMI and WHR of group with weight gain≥5kg were higher(P〈0. 01) ; (2)C-RP,TNF-α and BMI of group with 〈5 kg weight gain were mild higher(P〉0. 05), WHR of group with 〈5 kg weight gain was higher(P〈0. 05). Conclusions The weight gain after long-term insulin treatment(≥ year) may show increased C-RP,TNF-α,BMI and WHR in type 2 diabetic subjects.
