摘要
目的:评价正畸牵引术对前牙埋伏行恢复的效果。方法:9例前牙埋伏阻生应用正畸牵引术使前牙萌出暴露,观察埋伏前牙牵引前后及固定6～10个月的牙龈形态及牙根的稳定性。通过线片分析埋伏阻生至暴露牙冠.恢复至正常位置的变化。结果埋伏阻生前牙应用正畸牵引技术暴露排齐牙列好,且固定保持6～12个月无复发。结论正畸牵引术是暴露阻生前牙及排齐牙列的有效方法.
Objective： To evaluate the effect of orthodontic traction for the recovery of inversely impacted teeth. Method： Ortho- dontic traction was applied in 9 cases of inversely impacted teeth for the exposure of anterior teeth, and then observed gingival characteristics and stability of tooth root before and after traction and fixed for 6--10 months later. Result.. Orthodontic traction is excellent in the exposure of inversely impacted teeth. No recurrence was found after fixed for 6--12 months. Conclusion： Orthodontic traction is effective for exposing of inversely impacted teeth and aligning of the teeth.
