摘要
以现代教学论中教学效果遵循教学过程诸要素的合力原则为依据,对影响普通高校游泳课教学效果的因素进行了因子分析。结果显示:教学行为、技术辅助、教学环境、师生情感、练习行为、课程情感等六个因子对游泳课教学效果具有显著影响。据此,提出了努力提高教师思想业务素质、重视运用教辅工具、改善游泳课教学环境、建立良好师生关系、督促学生参加课外练习、加强游泳知识宣传等提高游泳课教学效果的思路与对策。
Based on the principe in modern teaching theory which is that teaching effectiveness follows teaching process, factors that affect the effectiveness of the college swimming teaching were factor analyzed. The rusult shows that , the six factors which are teaching behavior, technical assistance, teaching environment, teacher-student affection, exercise behavior, and curriculum affection markdely impact the swimming effectiveness. Accordingly, mentallities and enlightenments which can improve swimming teaching effectiveness are proposed that we should improve the thought and professional qualities of teachers, value the use of supplementary educational tools, ameliorate the environment of the swimming teaching, establish a good relationship between teachers and students, urge students to participate in extra-curricular exercises and strenthen the propaganda of swimming knowledge.
