摘要
目的:探讨早期要素饮食肠内营养在脑卒中治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:实验组40例脑卒中患者给予早期要素饮食肠内营养;对照组40例脑卒中患者,病情稳定后予以鼻饲喂养牛奶、粥汤、菜汤等饮食。比较两组营养状况和并发症。结果:早期要素饮食肠内营养支持效果好,并发症少。结论:早期要素饮食肠内营养在脑卒中患者临床治疗中具有较好疗效,可以改善脑卒中患者的营养状况,影响其预后。
Objective :To investigate the clinical value of early enteral nutrition using elemental diet therapy in stroke treatment. Methods:The experimental group of 40 stroke patients received early enteral nutrition using elemental diet,and was fed with an elemental diet ; the control groups of 40 stroke patients was fed with milk, rice soup, and vegetable soup via nasogatstric feeding tube after they were in a stable condition. Nutritional status and complications were compared. Results: Early enteral nutrition using elemental diet therapy yielded better results, and fewer complications. Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition using elemental diet has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of stroke patients, can improve the nutritional status of stroke patients, and affect the prognosis of stroke patients.
