摘要
本文用Walsh平均做区间估计,给出分析裁判给分水平的方法.一个裁判给出的分数,如果在置信区间之内,则认为这个分数是适当的,否则是偏高或偏低的.
In this paper the author has offered the method of analyzing the degrees of marks given by judges by making interval estimation with Walsh averages. If the mark given by a judge is within the confidence interval, it is considered as proper, otherwise it is eithier on the high side or on the low side.
