摘要
本文报道了268例病毒性肝炎(VH)患者的胆系声像改变。男179例,女89例。平均年龄32.5岁。结果表明,急性肝炎(AH)胆汁瘀积发生率为14.3％,慢性肝炎(CH)患者胆囊壁粗糙占67.2％,肝炎后肝硬变(LC)患者胆囊壁厚及胆石症分别为24.3％、20.2％。
The article had been reported 268 cases with VH patient's GBS sound picture varities, men were 179 cases, Women were 89 cases, the average age was 32. 5 year old. The results has been indicated, that the occuring rate of bile deposite in AH was 14. 3% ;the occuring rate of GB rough in CH was 67. 2% ,'the occuring rates of GB thickners and gallstone in LC were 24. 3 % and 20. 2 %
