摘要
钳工被称为"万能工种",主要以手工操作为主,根据图纸并配合工具来完成零件的加工、装配和修理工作,可以完成机械加工不方便或无法完成的工作,在机械行业起着十分重要的作用。笔者着重介绍发动机实验室的测功机在高速运转中出现的装配故障以及具体的解决办法,来展开分析钳工在工作中的实际应用。还简单介绍了平面划线、立体划线和钻孔的一些心得。
Benchwork is mainly involved with manual operations, processing, assembling and repairing parts with appropriate tools, according to drawings. Benchwork plays an important role in mechanical industry, capable of dealing with tasks that are inconvenient or impossible for mechanical processing. The author focused on malfunctions and detailed solution for highly rotating dynamometer in engine laboratory, analyzed practical applications for benchwork, and introduced some experience on drilling and marking in horizontal and vertical planes.
