摘要
使用6.5Ah/1.2V(国产)、8.5Ah/12V(国外)两种功率型镍氢动力电池作为内阻研究对象,不同内阻测试方法(DCR法、HPPC法、脉冲充放电法)的结果差异表明:HPPC方法内阻值高于Mccf方法,DCR方法内阻值在30%-70%的SOC状态时接近Mccf方法。DCR和HPPC方法能同时计算电池放电内阻和充电(再生)内阻,可以得到SOC范围较宽的电池内阻,Mccf方法由于定义限制,仅能计算出30%-70%SOC之间的充电内阻。作者建议:根据DCR和HPPC两种内阻测试方法的特点,采用中低倍率系列电流及高倍率大电流综合的方法确定电池内阻。
The resistances of two types of high-power Ni/MH battery which were 6.5Ah /1.2V(domestic),8.5Ah/12V(foreign)are measured for the purpose of comparing difference of results caused by various methods.Experimental results show that the results calculated by HPPC is higher than the data measured by mccf which is near the DCR result between 30%~70% soc.Using DCR and HPPC can simultaneously achieve discharge and regenerative resistance at wide range of soc.The mccf method can only measure discharge resistance between 30%~70% soc.The author propose combining the DCR and HPPC methods,medi/low rate series current and high rate current can be used to calculate dis/reg.resistance.
