摘要
在新奥法施工中,传统的光面爆破直接用纯炮泥堵塞炮眼,虽然在一定程度上保证炸药充分反应,但其能量有效利用率不高;传统锚喷支护施工工艺存在一定的弊端,在此也作了初步探讨。本文结合铁山坪隧道实例,在掘进施工中,对光面爆破锚喷支护施工进行了改进,使隧道月平均进尺125.8m,最高时达146.5m,质量达到优良标准,并取得了良好的经济效果。
The traditional smooth blasting for tunnels uses pure clay to stem blast-holes on NATM construction.Although it can ensure dynamite reacting fully,the efficient energy availability of explosive is not high.Construction bolting and shotcreting traditional process is also discussed because the technique has some disadvantages.Based Tieshanping tunnel example,the construction of smooth blasting bolting and shotcreting support is improved during the tunneling construction.A average speed of 125.8 meters per month is reached and and the highest value is 146.5 meters every month.The tunnel has achieved excellent standard and gotten good economic results.
