高血压前期亚临床病变研究进展 被引量：19

摘要 "高血压前期"是指血压高于正常,但尚未达到高血压诊断标准的中间阶段,这类患者发生高血压、心血管病及脑卒中的危险均明显增高。目前很多研究证实高血压前期已潜在多种亚临床病变,现就此做一综述。 Recent evidence demonstrates that even individuals with blood pressure below the cutoff for hypertension, yet above opti- mal, classified as ＂prehypertensive＂ ,are at a significantly increased risk for progression to hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and stroke. Numerous studies have shown that increased sub-clinical lesions are an indicator of prehypertension. This article reviews current researeh regarding the relationship between sub-clinical lesions and prehypertension.
