摘要
广西菜简称桂菜。桂菜的发展离不开广西得天独厚的食物原料。多年来,随着原料、调料的不断开发与引进,桂菜发展得到了长足的进步。近年来,烹调方法的创新与改良、盛装菜肴器皿的革新与变化也给桂菜的发展注入了新的活力,拓展了桂菜的发展空间。
Guangxi cuisine is inseparate from the superb food ingredience in Guangxi. For years, with the development and introduction of the materials and condiment, Guangxi cuisine has made significant progress. In the recent past years, innovation and renovation of cooking methods and household utensils have transfused new vigor to the development of Guangxi cuisine, expanding development space for Guangxi cuisine.
