摘要
目的观察芝麻油对长期应用醋酸泼尼松引起的大鼠皮肤不良反应的预防作用。方法24只SPF级雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(NS)、醋酸泼尼松组(GC)、芝麻油组(GC+SO)。根据体重给药,88天后处死大鼠,取背部正中皮肤进行组织病理学检查,并用计算机图像分析系统定量分析生长表皮厚度和弹力纤维面积百分比;另取一定质量背部去毛皮肤测定单位皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量。结果长期应用醋酸泼尼松大鼠会出现生长表皮显著变薄,弹力纤维减少、断裂,羟脯氨酸含量减少等皮肤不良反应(P<0.01或P<0.05)。芝麻油组大鼠生长表皮增厚,弹力纤维面积百分比增大,皮肤衰老样改变明显减轻(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论芝麻油在所用剂量下对长期应用醋酸泼尼松致大鼠皮肤不良反应有较好的对抗作用。
Objective To study the preventive effects of sesame oil （SO） on skin adverse drug reactions of rats induced by Glucocorticoid（GC）.Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were randomized into 3 equal groups.Rats were given medicine for 88 days.At the experimental endpoint,the cutaneous histopathology epidermal thickness and area of elastic fibers were determined quantitatively with computer imaging system.Results Epidermal thickness and content of elastic fibers were significantly lower as the adverse drug reactions in GC treated group than those in the control group（P〈0.01 或 P〈0.05）.The same parameters were obviously higher in sesame oil groups than those in GC treated group （P〈0.01 或 P〈0.05）.Conclusion Long-term administration of GC can cause adverse drug reactions for rats＇ skin,sesame oil have the protective effect on it.
