摘要
目的比较Gluma脱敏剂和极固宁两种脱敏剂对治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效,从而选出最优的一种为临床指导用药。方法将100颗患牙随机平均分成2组,A组用Gluma脱敏剂治疗,B组用极固宁治疗,治疗1个疗程后,比较两组的即刻疗效和6个月后疗效。结果两种脱敏剂的即刻疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但6个月后疗效A组优于B组(P<0.05)。结论两种脱敏剂对治疗牙本质过敏症的即刻疗效都很好,但Gluma脱敏剂的远期疗效好于极固宁,建议选用。
Objective To select the best method for clinical medicine guide,we compare the clinical effect of two kinds of desensitizer in treatment of dentaJ hypersensitiveness,including Gluma desensitizer and Green Or.Methods The 100 teeth with dentine hypersensitivity are randomly divided into two groups,which were respectively treated with Gluma desensitizer（group A） and Green Or（group B） for one course of treatment,and therapeutic effect of two groups after treatment and at the time of 6 months after treatment are analyzed.Results There are not significant difference among the therapeutic effect of A and B （P〈0.05）.The therapeutic effect of group A shows to be significant difference with group B after treatment for 6 months（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the two desensitizers revealed to be favorable,but the prostecdtive efficacy of Gluma desensitizer shows to be better than the other desensitizers to be worthy of spread.
