摘要
目的:了解我校门诊部抗高血压药应用情況和趋势。方法:对我校门诊部2006～2008年抗高血压药物品种、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等指标进行回顾性分析。结果:3年来,我校门诊部钙拮抗药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,用药频度最高的是氨氯地平。结论:钙拮抗药、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂类药物为我校门诊部抗高血压的主流药物。
Objective： To investigate the application and tendency of antihypertensives in our clinic. Methods： Analyzed the varieties, the consumption sum, DDDs, daily cost etc of antihypertensives from 2006 to 2008 retrospectively. Results： The consumption sum of calcium antagonists increased year by year over the 3 years, with amlodipine ranked the first in terms of DDDs. Conclusion： Calcium antagonists and ARB are the major antihypertensive drugs used in our clinic.
