摘要
探讨了采用面向对象的设计方法,结合连杆类夹具设计,开发了基于Windows的面向对象的连杆类夹具设计专家系统。该系统根据人类专家的设计知识,能自动完成连杆类夹具的定位元件、夹紧元件、连接元件以及夹具体等的选择,然后系统自动完成夹具元件布局、定位误差、夹紧力的计算,最后能生成连杆夹具装配图。
An object oriented method for a designing work is discussed in this paper.Combined with the design of Link Rod Fixture,an Object oriented and windows SDK based expert system for the designing work of link rod fixture has been developed.According to expert's design knowledge,this system can automatically select the locating parts,the clamping parts,the connecting parts and the frame body of fixture.Then,the system can automatically finish the fixture layout design,the calculation of location tolerance and clamp force.Finally,the assembly drawing of Link Rod is given.
