摘要
通过有限元分析方法,针对ZDS断路器的操作机构,采用直流螺管电磁铁的仿真设计,对盆式磁极结构、磁场分布情况和电磁力进行了研究。设计结果较好地满足了ZDS断路器的负载特性要求,实现了断路器操作机构电动驱动方式由传统的电动机驱动转为电磁铁驱动的改造,为电磁铁在断路器操作机构中的应用完成了一次成功的实践。
Adopting a finite-element method and the emulation design of the direct current coil electromagnet, we research the benzvalene form field structure, magnetic field distribution and electromagnetic force which is aimed at ZDS breaker's operating mechanism. The result greatly satisfys the load characteristic requirement of ZDS breaker. It also achieves the motor driven modes' rebuilding that traditional electric motor driven turn to electromagnet driven. The research of which electromagnet applyed in the breaker's operating mechanism is a successful practice.
