摘要
鉴于当前地铁工程建设安全监督管理的现状与不足,提出了应用信息化技术加强地铁工程建设安全监管的基本途径和方法。在本体论、控制论、信息论的指导下,完成了地铁工程建设安全预警系统的总体框架设计与构建,对安全预警系统建设的关键技术和开发技术路线做了系统分析论证;对立足服务于地铁工程项目各责任主体、建筑安全监督管理机构和有关行政主管部门的监测预警、风险预报、预案配置等专业业务子系统功能、结构进行了规划设计。最后以武汉地铁工程为依托,讨论地铁工程建设安全预警系统的开发实现过程、功能体系和应用情况,并展望了系统的推广前景。
Because of the current conditions and disadvantages of the safety supervision and management of the metro construction projects, this study suggests applying information technology as a basic approach and method to Safety Early-warning System in Metro Construction Project (SESMCP). Based on the Control Theory,Information Theory and Ontology Theory , this study fulfills the framework design for SESMCP, and proposes a systematical argumentation on the key techniques and development technique routes for SESMCP. In addition, it designs the functions and structures for the supervising alarm system, the risk forecasting system and the safety planning system to service all the project partners. In the end, it introduces the application and programming of the function system. According to Wuhan metro construction projects, the authors presents a discussion on the development realization process, function system and application of SESMCP, and its future development.
