摘要
目的:介绍经下腹部腹腔镜胆囊切除术.方法:内蒙古民族大学附属医院蒙医外科自2009年7～9月对10例胆囊炎胆结石患者行经下腹部腹腔镜胆囊切除术.结果:10例手术均获成功,无胆漏、出血、切口感染等并发症发生.术后住院2d.随访2周～3个月,上腹部无瘢痕.结论:经下腹部腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全、可行,有条件的医院可作为腹腔镜胆囊切除术的改进术式推广.
Objective：To introduce the laparoscopic cholecystectomy through lower abdomen. Methods： 10 cases of cholecystitis gallstones patients performed through lower abdomen laparoseopic eholeeystectomy from July to September in 2009 at Mongolia Medical Surgery of Affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities were reported. Results：The operations of 10 cases were completely successful. No postoperative complications such as biliary leakage, hemorrhage and infection of incisional wound happened. Conclusion： The laparoseopic choleeystectomy through lower abdomen is safe and feasible, so it can be popularized as an improved operation type of laparoscopic eholecystectomy in conditional hospitals.
