摘要
调度操作防误管理系统采用全网拓扑和潮流计算技术,以一次和二次模拟接线图的形式实现了调度操作的模拟和误操作识别报警功能;实现了调度操作全过程计算机规范化管理。系统能够智能识别操作票中的调度操作指令(包括一次设备和二次设备),并可在系统中自动进行防误演示,有助于提高电网调度操作安全水平及日常管理水平。
Aimed at reducing the dairy workload of the dispatchers, ensuring the safe operation of power grid and enhancing the level of operational safety dispatching and routine management level, the dispatching operation simulation and misuse identification alarm with primary（secondary） analog wiring diagram was implemented, and the whole network topology and the trend computing technology was adopted in the Wenzhou electric power network operation management system for error prevention. A standardized management based on computers and the intelligent recognition of the dispatching instructions （including primary device and sencondary device） was also implemented, and the anti-errors demonstration was executed automatically in this system.
