摘要 详细介绍了气象应急移动系统的移动应急观测、移动应急通讯和指挥服务功能以及气象应急移动观测业务的实施流程和观测数据传输流程。该系统不仅具有地面气象观测、通信、服务指挥和支持保障等基本功能,还是天气雷达、风廓线雷达和高空探测等气象基本业务系统的延伸和拓展。加强气象应急移动系统建设,对做好气象保障服务意义重大。 The functions of weather emergency mobile system are introduced in detail, such as emergency mobile observation, emergency mobile communication and command service. The execution process of weather emergency mobile observation and the transmit flow of observation data are also introduced. This system not only has the basic function of ground weather observation, communication, command service and support safeguard, but also is the extension and development of weather radar, wind profiling radar, upper air observation and other basic weather operation systems. That strengthen the building of weather emergency mobile system has a great significance for weather safeguard service.
