The functions of weather emergency mobile system are introduced in detail, such as emergency mobile observation, emergency mobile communication and command service. The execution process of weather emergency mobile observation and the transmit flow of observation data are also introduced. This system not only has the basic function of ground weather observation, communication, command service and support safeguard, but also is the extension and development of weather radar, wind profiling radar, upper air observation and other basic weather operation systems. That strengthen the building of weather emergency mobile system has a great significance for weather safeguard service.
