介绍了用于轴类零件外径检测的数控检测机的性能、软硬件结构特点，并对其精度进行了误差分析。该检测机采用单片机为核心器件控制检测的全过程，具有自动检测、自动记录、事后提示的功能，可以实现一人操作多台检测机。检测范围：轴向１～６５０ｍｍ，径向０～１２０ｍｍ，检测精度为０．０１ｍｍ。
