摘要
本文通过ＭＲＰⅡ与ＰＥＲＴ间的对应关系，分析了用常规ＰＥＲＴ工期估计法解决提前期估计问题的缺陷，提出了用蒙特卡洛模拟法解决此问题的思路与方法。
By means of the corresponding relationships of MRPⅡ and PERT,this paper analyzes the defects in determining the lead times by the usual estimating method to the cycle time of PERT.Then,it proposes a traick of thought and methods to determine the lead times by simulating in Monte carlo method.
