摘要 采用溶剂挥发法,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,对CaCl2.6H2O进行包覆制备了微胶囊相变材料。探索溶剂挥发法制备微胶囊的工艺条件,研究了不同乳化机转速,不同乳化剂浓度以及壁材/芯材用量比对微胶囊相变材料性能的影响,并对所制备的微胶囊相变材料进行了红外、DSC和粒径分布的表征。结果表明,在乳化机中等转速,乳化剂Span80用量为1g,芯材壁材质量比约是5∶1的情况下,可以得到粒径79.12μm的微胶囊相变材料,其相变温度为30.35℃,相变焓为65.4713J/g。 In this paper, microencapsulated phase change materials were prepared by coating the CaCl2 · 6H2O using solvent evaporation method and with the polymethylmethacrylate as wall materials. And then the process conditions of the microencapsulated preparation by solvent evaporation method was discussed, the influences of different rotational speed of agitator, emulsion concentration and core/shell ratio on the phase change material properties on microencapsulated were studied. Last, the microencapsulated phase change materials were characterized with IR, DSC and size distribution. The results show that the titled microencapsulated phase change materials with a size of 79.12μm, phase change temperature 30. 35℃and enthalpy 65. 4713J/g are successfully prepared with the using of 1.0g Span80, at a medium rotational speed and core/shell ratio is 5:1.
