摘要
目的研究老年骨折患者的临床特点，并探讨合适的护理模式，以促进患者的全面康复。方法将从2008年5月到2009年6月入住我院的250名老年骨折患者随机分为实验组（n=127）和对照组（n=123），对照组患者给予常规护理，实验组给予个性化护理。在治疗结束后分析并评估疗效。结果两组在痊愈率和护理满意率均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），实验组显著优于对照组。讨论老年骨折患者多伴有多种疾病，其心理状态和生理状态复杂，因此要详细分析患者具体情况，并实施综合性的护理方案，从而促进患者的全面康复。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with fracture, and discusses the appropriate nursing mode ,in order to promoting the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients. Methods 250 cases of old patients with fracture in hospital for treatment from May 2008 to June 2009 were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 127） and control group （n = 123）, cantrol group were given routine care, and experimental group were given individual nursing. Results The recovery rate and care satisfaction rate in two groups were significant differences （p 〈 0.05）, experimental group were significantly better than control group. Conclusion The elderly patients with fracture usually go with a variety of diseases, and the state in psychological and physiological is so complicated, that we should detailed analyze the integrated solutions of the patients, and implement eomprehensive nursing program, thereby promoting the comprehensive rehabilitation of the patients.
