摘要
目的:探讨增殖细胞核抗原与不同类型的胃癌之间的关系。方法:随机选出不同类型的胃癌170例,用免疫组织化学ABC法检查肿瘤细胞PCNA的表达情况。结果:发现不同类型胃癌PCNA的表达情况有非常显著差异（P＜0.01）。结论:PCNA的表达表明肿瘤细胞在某一时期的增殖情况,与组织学类型有明显关系,可根据肿瘤细胞的增殖情况判断预后。
To study the relationship between the different types of gastric carcinoma and PCNA expressions in tumor cells the PCNA expressions in 170 cases of gastric carcinoma was studied with ABC immunohistochemical method.We found that the PCNA expressions in different types of gastric carcinoma were obviously different (P<0.01). The results suggest that the expressions of PCNA in gastric carcinoma express the ability of the proliteration of tumor cells.There is obvious relationship between PCNA expressions and the types of the gastric carcinoma.The expression of PCVA in gastric carcimona cells can be an objective indicator to predict the prognosis.
