数字中频是3G基站接收链路一个关键部分,AD6655非常适合完成该部分功能。首先从系统需求出发,介绍了AD6655的性能参数和突出优点,然后重点描述它在TD-SCDMA基站系统中的电路设计和信号链性能分析,最后通过系统仿真结果来看,它可以大大降低后端FPGA的复杂度,使得多天线系统使用一片FPGA变为可能,并大大降低系统成本。
The digital intermediate frequency receiver is a key part in 3G NodeB station,and AD6655 is a very suitable IC for realizing the function of that part.Proceeding from the system requirements,the performance parameters and advantages of AD6655 are introduced.The circuit design and signal-link performance analysis of the TD-SCDMA NodeB station system are elaborated.As viewed from the system simulation results,it can greatly reduce complexity of the back-end FPGA,making FPGA application in multi-antenna system become possible,and can significantly reduce system costs.
