摘要
由于火电厂再热汽温度控制系统具有大惯性、大时滞和时变性等特点,采用传统的PID调节策略难以取得较为满意的调节效果。ABB Bailey公司的SMITH预估控制算法不仅具有传统SMITH预估控制器克服大滞后、大惯性的特性,而且将此算法运用到再热汽温控制系统中,还具有较强的抗内、外干扰和被控对象变化的适应能力。仿真结果验证了其有效性。
Because of the characteristics, such as great inertia, long time delay and time-varying of the reheated steam temperature control system in the thermal power plant, it is difficult to obtain a satisfying control effect with traditional PID control strategies. The SMITH predictive control algorithm of ABB Bailey is not only of the characteristics of overcoming the large inertia and large lag like the traditional SMITH predictive controller, but also of the strong anti-jamming ability and strong adaptability to the change of controlled objects for reheated steam temperature control system. Its effect has been proved through the simulation results
