摘要
从两段炉的造气原理和煤气杂质分析出发,对煤气管道堵塞原因进行了简要分析,指出煤气管道的堵塞是由于煤气中的灰尘和冷凝下焦油在煤气管道中混合,造成焦油流动性严重下降,沉积在管道中造成的,而且煤气温度在120-250℃时,煤气管道更容易堵塞。并从发生炉的结构设计及规范操作角度,详细介绍了防止上下段煤气管道堵塞的有效措施。
On the basis of gas- making principle and gas impurity analysis of double stage gasifier, this paper takes a simple analysis on the gas pipeline choke reason and points out that the tar fluidity is very low after mixing with dust in gas then the tax will come down to the pipeline to make the pipeline choke. Further more, when the gas temperature is 120 - 250 ℃, the pipeline is much easier to choke. It also introduces the measures to prevent the lower and upper gas pipeline choke from the aspect of gasifier structure and operation.
