摘要
就中国石油天然气股份有限公司哈尔滨石化分公司自备电站控制系统的现状及存在的问题,提出了控制系统改造的方案,表明DCS是早期小型电厂控制系统改造的必然趋势。
In allusion to the actuality and shortages of the electrical plant control system of Harbin petrifaction filiale of PetroChina Co. Ltd., this paper puts forward the rebuilding scheme of control system, states that DCS is the necessity tendency of control system rebuilding.
