摘要
为提高学生的实践能力,使学生具有较强的就业竞争优势,我国各类高职院校都在广泛运用顶岗实习这一新型教学模式。但是,如何对离开学校的学生进行思想教育和有效的管理,以保证顶岗实习顺利进行,是一个不容忽视的现实问题。
To improve students＇ practice ability and employment competition , working practice is widely used in all kind of universities nowadays, but how to educate and manage students far from the compus and keep their working practice going well is a problem can not be neglected.
