摘要
目的延长气管的切除长度。方法采用犬的自体带肌血管蒂的肋骨，弯曲缝制成环状后，间置在气管两切端，代替部分切除的气管，获得成功。结果间置的肋骨环与气管吻合处组织愈合良好，管腔通畅，气管粘膜爬入并覆盖肋骨环内壁。结论可延长气管切除长度２．５～４．０ｃｍ左右，较人造气管有独到优点，为气管代用材料的研究提供一种新方法。
In order to resolve the problem of tracheal unanastomosis caused by over resection,we made dog selfrib with muscle and vessel pedicle into costal ring,and then placed it between the two ends of the trachea.The result proved that animal experiment was successful.Killing experimental dogs by stages resulted in good anasomosis of the tissue,clear cavity of the trachea and full coverage of mucosa of the trachea on the costal ring were achieved.With this method,the length of the trachea resection can be extended for 34cm.Compared with the artificial material,it has unique advantages and provides a hopeful new way for the research on seeking subtitution for the trachea.
