摘要
以南安大桥为背景,采用4种温度荷载作用方式对部分斜拉桥在各种温度荷载作用下的效应进行了分析,并结合实际对其进行合理组合,绘出了挠度变化包络图和索力变化包络图,然后与实测温度效应进行了对比分析,得到了温度对索力和梁体标高的影响规律,寻求合理的标高和索力的测量时间以指导施工.同时给出了不同时刻待立模梁段温度对标高影响的预测方法,保证了大桥合龙误差满足规范要求,施工完成后梁体线形和索力符合设计的要求.
Based on the construction practice of Nan'an Bridge, the effect of extradosed bridges related temperature loads was analyzed with the adoption of four kinds of temperature loads, which were recombined on the basis of the actual situation, while at the same time the envelope diagram concerning displacement and tension change were plotted. Finally, the influence regulation of temperature on both tension and linearity of girder was attained. Thus, the proper measure time for tension and elevation test was defined to direct the construction and forecast measure of influence of different time of framework erection on elevation. Through the above measures, the closure error finally fulfilled both requirement of criterion and design requirement of girder linearity and tension.
