摘要
目的:讨论冷沉淀治疗支气管扩张持续大咯血的疗效.方法:分析2例支气管扩张持续大咯血患者使用冷沉淀治疗前后的临床表现、实验室检查的变化并附文献分析.结果:2例支气管扩张持续大咯血患者在常规止血治疗效果欠佳情况下给予冷沉淀治疗,止血效果明显.结论:对支气管扩张持续大咯血患者常规止血治疗效果欠佳时应考虑使用冷沉淀止血治疗.
Objective： To study the effect of cryoprecipitate in the treatment of unremitting hemoptysis with bronchiectasis. Methods： To analysis the clinical and laboratory changes before and after the treatment of cryoprecipitate in 2 patients who suffered from unremitting hemoptysis with bronchiectasis. Results： The 2 patients who suffered from unremitting hemoptysis with bron- chiectasis has obviously effect after using cryoprecipitate, but has little effect after using common treatment. Conclusion： The doctor can try cryoprecipitate when the common treatment was fail for unremitting hemoptysis with bronchiectasis.
