摘要
某冷轧厂连退线清洗段轧辊传动轴在4个月内发生了3根断裂。通过扫描电镜、光学显微镜和直读光谱仪对断轴进行了形貌和组织观察分析及材质检验。检验结果表明,在旋转弯曲载荷作用下,传动轴中锻造缺陷、边部缺陷和焊接缺陷等均可能是传动轴发生疲劳断裂的根源。
In four months, three roller shafts in the cleaning section of continuous annealing line fractured. By means of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and pectrometer, the acrostrueture, microstructure and material of the fractured roller shafts are analyzed and tested. The results show that, under bending load, the causes to the fatigue fracture of roller shaft may be the forging defects, edge defects, and welding defects existing in the roller shaft.
