摘要
研究 Pb、Hg、Ag、Cu、Ni、Co、Cd等七种重金属对绿色巴夫藻生长代谢的影响。定时测定其生长速度 ,硝酸还原酶 ,叶绿素 a,粗脂肪 ,干藻粉重金属含量。表明在一定浓度下重金属抑制硝酸盐还原酶活性 ,使生长减缓、生物量减少。在一定浓度下除 Pb使叶绿素 a、粗脂肪含量增加外 ,其余重金属使叶绿素 a、粗脂肪含量减少。该藻对 Pb耐受力最强 ,对 Co最敏感 ,并对 7种重金属有不同程度的富集作用 ,其中对 Pb的富集显著 ,而对
Seven kinds of heavy metals have studied on the growth and metabolism in Pavlova viridis Tseng . The results showed that the heavy metals were harmful to nitrate reductase, growth, biomass in the algae. Pb could increase chlorophyll a and raw fatty content, but the other six heary metals decrease the content of above two components. Pavlova viridis Tseng was sensitive to Co. Among the heavy metals tested, Pb was highly accumulated.
