摘要
高职院校学生(简称"高职生",下同)因其自身的特殊性,有着与普通本科学生不同的独特的群体心理特点和心理发展规律,为此,我们立足于实践,以不同年级的高职生的心理特点和心理发展需要为依据,遵循心理健康教育的发展性、针对性、主体性和助人自助原则,确立了面向全体高职生的心理健康教育分年级实施的目标和内容,旨在构建一个较完整的、可操作的高职心理健康教育的内容体系。
The higher vocational students, with their distinctiveness, have different group of psychological characteristics and development rules from undergraduate students. For this reason, setting foot on the practice, on the basis of the psychological characteristics and development demand of higher vocational students in different grades, we should follow the principles of development, objectives, subjectivity and helping each other and oneself, and establish the objectives and contents varied in different grades catering to the psychological health education of whole higher vocational students. Therefore, we can build an integral and effective content system of psychological health education for higher vocational students.
