摘要
毛泽东法律思想是其政治智慧的具体表现,与其哲学观紧密相连,并在此基础上形成了内在的有机体系。法律本质的人民性、法律适用的灵活性、法律运行的民主性、法律价值的平等性构成了其思想整体的内在逻辑。反思其中的经验和智慧,对于深化当前法治建设的理解,具有重要的借鉴意义。
Mao Zedong＇s thought about law was specific demonstration of his political wisdom which was closely related with his outlook of philosophy. In addition, it had formed an internal and organic system based on that. An inherent logic of his thought was the legal nature of the people, the flexibility of application, democracy of legal operation and equality of legal values and so on. It is important reference to the deepening of understanding the construction of ruling by law to reflect on this experience and wisdom.
