摘要
为读者服务是图书馆不变的宗旨和永恒的主题,在图书馆知识服务环境下,构建馆员的知识服务与读者间和谐互动关系尤为重要。馆员和读者作为互动活动中的主体和客体,只有达到传播知识服务目的的互动才是可行有效的。本文借助分析图书馆馆员的知识服务特点,为推动高校图书馆馆员知识服务与读者间的和谐互动,提出了自己的建议和对策。
Contributing efforts to the reader is the library constant aim and the topic of the abyss of lime. Setting up the staff's knowledge service and reader under the service environment of the library knowledge harmonious interaction relation is impor- tance. The staffs and readers are the corpus and the vip within interactive activity body, only attain the interaction of the service purpose of the dissemination knowledge be go the valid. This paper analysed library staff's knowledge service characteristics and put forward own suggestion to push university library a staff the harmonious interaction of the knowledge service and reader.
