高校图书馆在生态学思想指导下进行队伍建设是高等教育发展的客观要求,是生态文明的重要体现,是图书馆自身事业发展的必然要求。始终遵循多样化、动态平衡、和谐共生的原则,为馆员队伍营造良好的物质环境、文化环境和制度环境,才能更有效地促进高校图书馆事业健康有序和谐发展。
In the eyes of the ecologists, the university library＇s team- building is the essential request for higher education, the expressions for ecological civilization and the inevitable demand of the development of the library. In order to create a good physical, cultural and system environment, some principles such as diversity, development balance and harmony existing must be observed in our action.
