文章阐明"拥有"和"存取"的定义,"拥有"与"存取"的优缺点及其相互之间的关系;"拥有"与"存取"是图书馆信息资源建设的两种方式,各类型图书馆信息资源建设中"拥有"与"存取"的选取原则。
The article stated that ＂ownership＂ and ＂access＂ was defined as, ＂owner＂ and ＂access＂ the advantages and disadvantages of their mutual relations; ＂ownership＂ and ＂access＂ was the construction of library information resources in two ways, various types of library information resources construction ＂have＂ and ＂access＂ the principle of selection.
