摘要
为应对P2P下载技术对版权保护制度提出的挑战,国外提供了两种版权补偿金收取与管理模式。文中在介绍了国外两种版权补偿金收取与管理模式的基础上,对我国版权补偿金收取与管理模式进行了思考。
In order to cope with the challenges of P2P download technology about copyright protection system. The ther countries provide two copyright compensation and management model. This paper introduced two types of foreign copyright com- pensation and management model, on the basis of this, considered about the copyright compensation management models in our country.
