摘要
转型期医学伦理学评价具有其相对性,在追究其原因的基础上总结转型期相对性的特点,即受多元文化的冲击、与科学技术相关联以及体现人类的价值观念,具有时代性。强调评价的意义,概述所面临的挑战,以宽容的态度对待评价的相对性,在建全的法制支撑,正确的公众导向的前提下,建立符合时代要求的伦理评价体系,使人类医疗行为合理有序、协调发展。
Medical causes, the paper cultural pluralism, ethics evaluation at the transitional phase has its relative properties. Based on analyzing its sums up the characteristics of the relative properties at the transitional phase： impacts of relation with science and technology, reflecting human values and keeping in pace with the times. The article emphasizes the significance of the evaluation and summarizes the challenges it faces. We should tolerate the relative properties of the evaluation and, supported public guidance, establish an evaluation system for medical ethics which der to ensure a reasonable and harmonious development of medical care by a sound legal system and correct meets the demands of the times in orbehavior.
