2009年池州市甲型H1N1流感148例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的了解甲型H1N1流感的发病情况及临床特征，提高对本病的认识，防止继续爆发流行。方法采用回顾性方法对2009年8～2009年12月池州市人民医院就诊的148例甲型H1N1流感患者进行分析。结果9—11月份为该病的高发季节，发病人群主要为15～19岁的群居学生。临床表现主要为发热、咽痛、全身关节酸痛，多伴有咳嗽。结论除对患者进行积极的隔离治疗和疫点处理外，有效的健康教育对该病的预防也能起到事半功倍的效果。
