摘要
概述了治疗药物监测中常用分析技术(紫外分光光度法、荧光分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、荧光偏振免疫法、联用及其它技术)的某些新进展,并介绍了紫外分光光度法、荧光分光光度法及高效液相色谱法在治疗药物监测中的部分应用实例。
Some newer progress of commom analysis techniques (UV-spetrometry, fluoscence spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography, fluoscence polariazation immunoassay, combined and other techniques) in therapeutical drug monitoring was outlined. UV-spectrometry, fluoscence spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography were introduced in the partial applied real cases of therapeutical drug monitoring.
