摘要
６－０－甲基红霉素是第一代半合成红霉素的新品种，在研制过程中，对成品进行液相色谱检测时，发现在主峰后有一杂质峰。两者的ＲＴ分别的７分和９分。该杂质经分离纯化，ＵＶ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ及＾１Ｈ、＾１３ＣＮＭＲ、比旋度等测试分析，下它是６，１１－０－二甲基红霉素（Ⅱ）。
r The trace organic impurities in the puriffication of clarithromycin were isolated and the structure of impurity was identified as 6,11-0-dimethyl erythromycin by the analysis of MS, UV, IR, NMR.
