摘要
本文对近年有关网络舆论管理的文献进行了研究。研究发现,目前网络舆论管理多局限于定性方面的管理,管理效率非常低下。鉴于此,本文提出对网络舆论定量管理,即将数据挖掘方法和社会网络分析方法相结合对网络舆论进行管理,以便能够尽快找出网络舆论领袖,尽快对网络舆论进行正确引导。最后,本文初步提出了实现的技术方法。
This paper reviews the literatures about network opinion management in recent years. The results show that the management of net work opinion is limited to the qualitative aspect. So,it proposes the quantitative management of network opinion,which is based on the data min ing and social network analysis,in order to identify the network opinion leaders quickly and to give correct guidance to network opinion. Finally it tentatively puts forward an implementation method.
